TruckWys is South African software for the part of trucking that decides whether a year was good: price, invoice, collect. Founded in Cape Town in 2025.

What we believe. We build to these.
Every screen in TruckWys has to pass these four lines.
- A quote should show its working.
- The invoice should exist the day the load delivers.
- Owners should know who owes them before it is 90 days.
- Software should say plainly what is not live yet.
What TruckWys is. And what it isn't.
It works next to the TMS, tracking and books you already run. It does not replace them.
TruckWys isn't
- A TMS
- Tracking or telematics
- Dispatch, routing or scheduling
- Your accounting system
Security and POPIA. Who sees what.
How you sign in, and what happens to your data.
- Sign-in
- Email and password. Turn on two-factor in Settings and each sign-in also asks for a six-digit code sent by email.
- Sign-up
- Your email is confirmed with a six-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.
- Sessions
- See where you are signed in, and log out any session.
- Roles
- Six roles: Admin, Manager, Operator, Dispatcher, Viewer, Driver. Each person has one.
- Integrations
- Passwords and keys for connected systems are encrypted at rest. All traffic is over TLS.
- Hosting
- Amazon Web Services, Cape Town region (af-south-1). Your data stays in South Africa.
- Your data
- Delete your account in Settings, or on our website.
