Reminders in three tones
Send a reminder from any overdue invoice. Its tone, gentle, firm or final, follows how late the invoice is and how many reminders went before. You see a preview first, and nothing is sent on its own.
- Gentle before the due date
- Firm once it is overdue, or after one reminder
- Final after 30 days overdue, or after three reminders
A statement per customer
Every invoice, payment and running balance for one customer, as at any date. Print it, or export it to CSV and send it.

Debtors questions.
Do reminders go out automatically?
No. You send each one from the invoice, after a preview. Nothing goes to a customer on its own.
Can I change the wording?
Not yet. Reminders use fixed templates in three tones, gentle, firm and final, and you see the message before it goes.
Is the payment risk profile worked out by a model?
No. It is a formula: how often a customer pays late, how late, and how much they owe you now. The same history always gives the same result.
